The Illusions Artbook is a pre-order item. Stock is not available to ship at the time of purchase. Shipping timelines for pre-ordered items are detailed in the product description.
Orders ship from California, USA, and Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Shipping will commence from warehouses in these locations as soon as possible after stock arrives from production. Any shipping times quoted anywhere on this website are estimates, and do not include processing time, nor production time in the case of a pre-ordered item, unless explicitly stated. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight + size of the order, and location of the receiver.
Your tracking information will be emailed to the address you provided at checkout, once your order ships. Tracking for domestic shipments may take 48 hours to return results online. If tracking is still not working after 48 hours, please contact us at support@crazyopticalillusions.net.
Packages are shipped using the shipping method you select at checkout. Carrier shipping delays can occur due to factors outside of our control. Please contact the shipping carrier if your package’s journey gets delayed. We do not offer refunds for shipping delays.
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address being entered at checkout. If you have only just placed the order, your package has likely not shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible to get the address amended. If your package ships, and is then returned to one of our warehouses, we will contact you using the email address you provided at checkout. We will re-ship your order upon confirmation of your correct shipping address. If your package fails to be delivered for a second time, we will refund your order, minus the cost of shipping.
Orders from outside of the US or Europe may be subject to additional import fees and duties & taxes that are not reflected in our shipping prices. We are not responsible for these additional costs. Please consult your country’s customs office for details before ordering.
International delivery times can sometimes be delayed by customs. Some orders could take multiple weeks to arrive. We cannot be held responsible for delays at customs in your country. Please contact your shipping carrier or customs authority for information in this case. Please be aware that we are not financially responsible for products confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for orders that are refused upon delivery. Per the terms of our return policy, please note that shipping arrangements and costs incurred to returned or exchanged items are the customer’s responsibility.
