Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Refunds + Returns

After receiving your artbook, there is a 30 day time period in which you may request a return. You may return your item for any reason and receive a refund. You will cover the cost of return shipping, except in any case where we are responsible for the cause of the return or exchange (damage, misprint etc.). To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Please inspect your item upon reception and contact us immediately if it has been damaged in transit, if it is misprinted or is otherwise defective, or if you have received the wrong item. We will do our best to help you with a refund or replacement. We cannot accept returns for items that have become damaged after delivery.

To initiate a return or replacement, please contact support@crazyopticalillusions.net. Items sent back without first requesting a return or replacement from us will not be accepted. For damaged/unexpected items, please attach photos so we can better understand the issue.

You are responsible for shipping a returned item to us. If the returned item does not successfully arrive back at our warehouse, we cannot issue a refund or a replacement.

Once we have received and checked your returned item, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, we’ll refund you via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process refunds. If more than 15 business days pass since approval of your return, please contact us at support@crazyopticalillusions.net.

If your order is lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of your shipping notification to receive a reshipment or a refund.

If an incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout, contact us as soon as possible at support@crazyopticalillusions.net. If your order has already shipped, we cannot be responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided with your order. You will not be refunded for your order. If the item is returned to our warehouse after a failed delivery, we’re happy to allow for one more delivery attempt with a new address provided by you. If the item fails to be delivered after another reshipment, and is again returned to our warehouse, we will refund the cost of the items in your order, minus the cost of shipping.

Cancellations

You may instantly cancel your order at any time during the pre-order period. After pre-orders close, you may still contact us to request a cancellation of the order up to the shipping date.

If you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped, you should be able to refuse the package by either contacting the carrier, or refusing the package upon delivery. Once the carrier returns the package to our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the cost of shipping.

Mockups Disclaimer

We are working closely with a large printing company to create an artbook that closely matches the mockups displayed on this website. However, if you feel your item looks a lot different to what you were expecting, please contact us with pictures so we can better compare and help you out. Hopefully, you will have just received a misprint!
